On the 15th of November 2017, representatives of the specialized counselling centres for persons affected by trafficking in human beings together with specially-commissioned case-officers of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees out of the different branches met for a practice-orientated symposium in Berlin. The exchange about the diverse working methods und current developments took place in a very pleasant and cooperative atmosphere. Based on case studies, the present persons discussed which steps of the cooperation are necessary in the practice and how a successful cooperation may be achieved.
This was the first practice-orientated symposium of this kind throughout the whole of Germany. The participants perceived it very positively and as a helpful event.
