For the first time, the European Justice and Home Affairs Agency Network (JHA Agency Network) has published a joint report on the actions taken by CEPOL, EASO, EIGE, eu-LISA, Eurojust, Europol, FRA and Frontex to reach trafficked persons at all stages of prevention, investigation, action and judicial proceedings. The initiative is a concrete outcome of the Joint Declaration of Commitment on Cooperation in Combating Trafficking in Human Beings signed in 2018.

The report is described as an important building block of the EU Anti-Trafficking Strategy 2021-2025 and serves as a reference document for national authorities involved in the fight against trafficking in human beings. It is the result of a questionnaire sent to all agencies and the outcome of a meeting of JHA Agency Network experts hosted by Eurojust in June 2021.
