The German Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (Bundesministerium für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend) and UNICEF published a report addressing the protection of children and adolescents, as well as the protection of women in refugee accommodation centres. The cooperation with key partners working on the protection of children and women in Germany resulted in the initiative 'Minimum Standards for the Protection of Children, Adolescents and Women in Refugee Accomodation Centres'.
